What keeps you going when rough patch in your life keeps on getting more rough?

I just posted up a question about losing a close friend. She's the only close friend I ever had and now she wants nothing to do with me. I too am overweight. I too feel like my world is spilling away around me. I can never find a stable boyfriend. You're not alone. =(
