How to fix cydia on ipod touch 4g?

I jailbroke my ipod touch 4g 4.3 using snwbreeze. (tethered) But now cydia will not open up. SSH wont work, rejailbreaking it wont work, total commander wont work, and i cant get ifile so i dont know what to do. I just really want my ipod jailbroken again!!! Thanks!
