Will my little cousin do 10 years for armed robbery?

he was standing outside knowin that the 4 other guys were goin to rob a man. he never entered the house nor did the victim press charges on him, that county is holding him and he has been in jail almost a month and was denied bail so is it a good chance that he will get the same sentence as the guys that actually robbed that guy
