Am I a bad girlfriend?

Yesterday my boyfriend was running a fever & I told him I would come over & be with him since he was sick. He told me to not worry since there was really nothing I could do about it but I refused not seeing him. I just got off work & told him I'd be there in alil' bit & I'd put other stuff I needed to do on hold just to be with him. He then told me to do what I had to do & call be4 I came over. I went home ate some dinner & by that time I was about to leave my Mom & lil' bro wanted some brownies so I went and made some. As I was waiting for them to finish cookin' we all piled up in my Mom's room to watch a movie. Basically I fell asleep & woke up @ 11PM knowing it was to late to go see him and I felt horrible since I didn't get to his house. I told him I'd be there and my word was shot to hell cause' of me gettin' snugly warm and fallin' asleep. I called him multiple times today just to see if he was feeling better and he finally called back. I apologized to him for not being there for him when he was sick & he didn't really have to much to say to me. He said He forgot his phone today when he went to work & that's really unusual. I've called him a lot today....honestly more than usual & he's returned one call. Is he disappointed in me? Was saying sorry not enough? He's been distant all day & I can't understand why??
