My computer has viruses that I can't get rid of?

-= There are viruses that run on startup which could not be easily removed by normsl scanning.. To delete those, download avast [at cnet.com] and run a boot time scan but make sure to update it before running a scan.. Then after that, download malwarebytes antimalware and have a scan for further more infections that doesn't run in startup..
