Can people be allergic to other people?

What I am facing is destroying my life and career. I am very hygienic person. I bath everyday sometimes twice a day. I change most of my clothes everyday but whenever I am near to somebody they start an allergic reaction or sneezing.I couldn't sit with confident. I become very desperate and worthless. Please help me. Thanks
