Should people who say bad things about god on youtube get arrested?

Sorry, but its not a crime to say something bad about God in the U.S.A. We don't have recognized religions here, as in a state religion - this is exactly why we don't have a state religion - they always start arresting, torturing and killing people when they refuse to obey the dictates of that religion. This is the danger with a theocracy - it becomes the political ideology of the State.
