Is my grand-daughter basing her decision on her mother's history?

my daughter was adopted (not my choice, my mother's choice - and 30 years ago we had no right to argue with our parents). Now my grand.daughter is pregnant and is insistent on keeping her baby. do you think she would have had an abortion if her history had been different?
