I've always wondered how dark skinned people can stand the sun?

I realize that light skinned people can burn easier but how? dark clothing and hair practically sizzles in the sunlight since it absorbs heat instead of bouncing it back. I am not racist one itty bit btw so plz don't ume I mean this in a racist manner seriously its always been a question in my head I just never got the gutts to ask if they felt hotter or not :P
