HELP HELP HELP HELP !!!!?

ok im a 14 year old girl and im so scared i have a sharp pain near and around my belly on it comes and goes its not that bad and i have a weird pain kinda feeling in my lower right belly and im soooo scared in cause it appencits im litrally crying cause im scared it dosent hurt bad but im just so fricking scared ive had the poops and constipation for a bit now and ive tolod my parents but im just sooo scared btw i have a cold and i cant see what im typeing so sorry for the spelling :L x
